Lodge Bread and Blue Bottle at Valley Country Market

February 7, 2018

We are thrilled to announce that Lodge Bread and Blue Bottle Coffee have signed leases at Valley Country Market, a thoughtfully arranged mix of celebrated merchants, renowned local chefs, and sophisticated services in the west valley.

Since opening the first location in Culver City in 2015, Lodge Bread has become renowned for its incredible breads, wood fired pizzas, and delicious pastries. It is considered to be one of the top bakeries in LA, and was nominated as a James Beard Semifinalist in 2017 for “Outstanding Baker.” Lodge Bread opens in Summer 2018.

Blue Bottle Coffee is regarded as the pioneer of boutique coffee-roasting and considered by both industry experts and coffee loyalists to be roasting and serving some of the finest coffee in the world. Founded in 2008 by James Freeman, the company that began as a small operation in Hayes Valley, continues to gain global recognition for both roasting and design, as it has expanded to major cities including New York, Boston, Miami, Washington, DC and Tokyo. This is the first location for the company in the San Fernando Valley.

The Valley Country Market is the charming community centerpiece of the West Valley, a collection of affluent towns west of the 405 freeway that includes Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Woodland Hills, Tarzana and Encino. The space will reopen to the public this Fall.
